Of all the flowering vines, Passion Flower bears some of the showiest blooms on earth. An easily grown plant, Passion Flower look absolutely stunning in the garden or inside as a year-round houseplant. They are vigorous and free flowering vines that grow to 20+ feet at maturity. Passion Flower is a delight to look at and smell and provide stunning flowers for any garden or a bright location inside. This collection consists of three (3) varieties: Purple Granadilla, Blue Crown and Banana.

Purple Granadilli Passiflora edulis Blooming from late May through October, its beautifully intricate purple and white fragrant flowers are approximately 3-4" across and are followed by smooth, round 2 inch fruits that are edible and turn yellow when ripe. Although classed as half-hardy, this variety can survive winters even in zone 6 when it has the shelter of a south facing wall.

Blue Crown Passiflora caerulea The blooms of Blue Crown are multi-colored, with a mint scent much like the fruit of the pineapple guava. This variety is extremely fast growing, and may grow up to 30' a season. It is also one of the hardiest passion flowers, dying back in colder climates but hardy to 10F. It will regrow from roots the following year. In warmer climates, the vine will grow and bloom throughout the year.

Banana Passiflora mollissima The variety is an extremely fast growing vine which grows up to 25 feet at maturity. Beautiful large pink flowers will appear when this plant is about one year old and are a great attraction to birds and bees. This variety is hardy to zone 9.
